These terms govern your use of the JMJ Roofing Contractor Corporation website and any request you submit through it. By using this site you agree to the terms below.

Estimates & quotes

Inspections and written estimates are provided free of charge. A quote is an estimate based on the conditions visible at the time; final pricing may change if hidden damage (such as a rotten deck) is uncovered once work begins. We will always discuss any change with you first.

Scheduling

Roofing work is weather-dependent. We make every effort to keep scheduled dates but may reschedule for safety during rain, high wind or other unsafe conditions.

Workmanship warranty

Completed installations include a written workmanship warranty. Manufacturer material warranties are provided separately by the product manufacturer. Warranty details are included with your project paperwork.

Website content

Images and copy on this site are for general illustration. Specific recommendations always depend on an on-site inspection of your roof.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, JMJ Roofing Contractor Corporation is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits your rights under your service agreement.
